Privacy and Security Policy We protect the confidentiality of our clients and subscribers and strictly guard the methods by which personal/medical information is used, processed, transmitted, and stored.
Information Processing and Storage The obtained medical information of the client through the website will only disclose identifiable personal/ medical information to its expert consultants to the extent necessary. The Company will not disclose identifiable personal /medical information to any other person or entity without the subscriber's express written consent.
Disclosures without Authorization We may use and disclose medical information about you, without your specific authorization in the following situations: Military request; Public Health issues to the authorized local, state, or federal agencies; circumstances of abuse, neglect, or domestic violence; judicial or administrative proceeding as mandated by the governing body; law enforcement according to applicable laws; serious health hazard; and third payer party such as Insurance company or Worker's compensation board, or any other situation that legally warrants sharing your medical information.
Security The Company will use encryption software to ensure the client's transmitted data security. The Company intends to use SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, but may change its encryption selection if it believes that an alternative security measure has equivalent or better capabilities. The Company has and will enter into confidentiality and privacy agreements with all of its employees and agents to protect the privacy of the personal information disclosed to the Company. Employees and agents who have access to the subscriber personal information are assigned various levels of password protection.
Obligation with Regards to Outside Links
The Company will not disclose, transmit, or otherwise reveal any subscriber personal information to outside third parties other than to the Company's agents and employees for the limited purposes described, without the client's express written consent. The Company's Website does provide numerous links, which are outside of the Company's control. This Privacy and Security Policy does not apply to any linked website and the subscriber is encouraged to read the privacy statements of any such linked websites, since they may differ from this Privacy and Security Policy.
Disposition of Submitted Medical Data
The Company will store personal and medical information of the client for as long as necessary for the company. After which time the company will destroy the transmitted information which no longer needs. The company by no means is responsible for storing, filing, or safe keeping medical, personal, after a report has been generated or services have been terminated for any reasons.
Clients Inquiries
The Client's inquiries as to the Company's use, transmission, storage, or disposal of medical information will be responded promptly and completely upon receiving a written request to each such inquiry.
Modifications to this Privacy and Security Policy
The Company may from time to time revise or update this Privacy and Security Policy. Any modifications to this Privacy and Security Policy will be posted on the Website and such modifications will be effective immediately. All clients are encouraged to periodically check on the Privacy and Security Policy to review the current policy.
Strict HIPPA regulatory statutes are followed as mandated by local, state, and federal statues. The patient's signed consent release form is mandatory and must accompany the client
